I have over twenty years experience of working in short and long term Counselling. I have assisted Coordinating a Counselling Service specialising in supporting women affected by Domestic Violence, worked in Primary Healthcare within the NHS in London and have had my own private practice for sixteen years – this is currently solely online.

For the last eight years I have worked in Schools as a School Counsellor in a variety of settings – both State and Independent.

I am an experienced Clinical Supervisor who has worked with both groups of trainee Counsellors/Psychotherapists in both the charity sector and within my Private Practice (now online)

I am also now the Primary Tutor with Metanoia Institute on the Adolescent & School Based Counselling Diploma which is a Post Qualification course.

Working in London has allowed me to work with clients from a wide variety of cultures & ethnicities.

I have a lot of experience of working on a one to one basis with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, relationship issues, race & cultural issues, isolation, relationship issues, mental health conditions, eating disorders, suicidal ideation, fears and phobias. I have worked with many Psychotherapy and Counselling students working on their own journey of self development.

I have a BA (Hons) in Person Centre Counselling, a Diploma in Group Facilitation and Conflict Resolution, Certificate for Counselling Children and Young People & a Diploma in working with Adolescents in School Based Settings.

I am a  BACP Accredited Counsellor.
