About Me

I have over thirteen years experience of working in short and long term Counselling. I have assisted Coordinating a Counselling Service specialising in supporting women affected by Domestic Violence, worked in Primary Healthcare within the NHS in London and have had my own private practice in Fulham for nine years.

I have also recently extended my practice to work with children and young people – both in schools and also in my private practice.

Working in London has allowed me to work with clients from a wide variety of cultures & ethnicities.

I have a lot of experience of working on a one to one basis with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, relationship issues, race & cultural issues, isolation, relationship issues, mental health conditions, suicidal ideation, fears and phobias. I have worked with many Psychotherapy and Counselling students working on their own journey of self development.

I am also  a Supervisor working in groups and individuals. I work with trainee & qualified Counsellors/Psychotherapists and have worked with front line workers who work with survivors of Domestic Violence and support Sexually Exploited young people

I have a BA (Hons) in Person Centre Counselling, a Diploma in Group Facilitation and Conflict Resolution and a Certificate for Counselling Children and Young People

I am a  BACP Accredited Counsellor.
